The processing of data entered by users (group names, member names, availability entries, notes) is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract / provision of the service requested by the user).
The temporary storage of technical access data in server log files (IP address, browser type, timestamp) is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical operation and security of the service). No user profiles are created from this data.
TeamSynced only processes data that users actively enter themselves:
No email addresses, no real names, and no account data are collected. There are no user accounts. Group access is granted via a shared link.
The application stores recently opened groups in the browser's localStorage
to allow quick re-access. This data never leaves the user's device and can be deleted
at any time through the browser settings.
When you visit this website, your browser automatically transmits technical access data (IP address, browser type, timestamp) to the server. This data is stored in server log files solely for technical operation purposes. It is not merged with other data sources and is deleted after at most 30 days.
Entered group and availability data is visible to all persons who know the group link (optionally further protected by a password). Data is not shared with third parties or used for advertising or analytics purposes.
Group and availability data is automatically deleted from the server after an inactive period of up to 6 months (configurable; the current duration is shown in the server configuration). Due to the probabilistic nature of the cleanup process, data may occasionally persist slightly beyond this period.

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): Where data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest — e.g. server log files), you have the right to object to processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process that data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds which override your interests.
Since the application stores no user accounts and no identifying features, entered data can already be deleted by possessing the group link. For further requests, please contact us at contact@teamsynced.com.

TeamSynced does not set any tracking or marketing cookies. Only technically necessary session cookies are used, which are automatically deleted when the browser is closed.
This website does not embed any external services (no Google Analytics, no CDNs, no advertising networks). All resources are served from the application's own server.
TeamSynced is not directed at children under the age of 16. In accordance with Art. 8 GDPR, persons under 16 years of age may only use this service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 16, please obtain parental consent before using this service.
Please note that the group name and all member names within a group are accessible to anyone who knows the group's link, even for password-protected groups (the password only restricts editing of availability data). Keep this in mind when choosing group and member names.
